Oh My! Full Service Package
This is a comprehensive package designed to assist with ALL event planning and design aspects of your event.
Services include; but are not limited to:
· Unlimited consultation services via phone, email and in-person from day of contract through your event day, as needed.
· Budget and checklist development and management
· Event layout plan design
· Invitation coordination includes addressing, RSVP tracking and follow-up
· Vendor recommendations
· Vendor /consultation meetings (unlimited)
· Planning meetings (unlimited)
· Venue walk -through meetings (as needed)
· Vendor coordination throughout planning process
· One consultant throughout planning process
· Customized event checklist
· Timeline development
· Design and theme development
· Appointment scheduling & reminders
· Guest welcome packages
· Assistance with seating arrangements, diagrams, table numbers, place cards, and favors
· Transportation arrangements
· Coordination of event rehearsal activities (if applicable)
· Access to wedding day emergency kit
Full-Service Planning Starts at $3,000
Oh My! Partial Planning Package
This package offers the perfect solution for clients who want to take a hands-on approach to planning their event; however, prefer assistance to make the process less overwhelming. This package includes the same extensive consultation services offered in the Full Service package. Instead of Chairs, Tables, and Tents Oh My! arranging and executing the plans, you or whomever you designate will carry out these tasks with our guidance.
Services include; but are not limited to:
· Design and theme development
· Event agenda development
· Oversight of registration activities (if applicable)
· Confirmation of all arrangements with venue and vendors
· Coordination of event rehearsal activities (if applicable)
· Customized event checklist
· Advice for accommodations, activities and welcome gifts
· Provide timeline for attendees/family/vendors
· Vendor confirmation and coordination for the day of the event
· Coordinate event set up
Partial Service Planning Starts at $1,000
Oh My! A La Carte Package and Event/Party Rentals
Consider this package if event planning services are not required but instead you need assistance with set-up and/or break-down of the venue or in need of event/party rentals. This package offers you the flexibility of selecting and purchasing your own supplies, while we bring it all together, making your concept a reality.
Services include but are not limited to:
· Consultation services via phone, email and in-person from day of contract through your event day (limited to 5 hours)
· Full day-of –event coordination:
Supervision of vendor arrival and set-up
o Ensure proper placement of place-cards, favors, programs and other event logistics
o Final touch-ups to venue site prior to guest arrival
o Liaison for all guest questions and concerns
o Collection of gifts, awards and other personal items
o Distribution of gratuities to specified vendors
· Venue décor set-up/break-down
· Event/party rentals:
o Tables
o Chairs
o Tents
o Backdrops
o Table Linen
o Table Décor
· Delivery/pick-up of rentals
· Consultation and planning advice
· Guest Welcome Bag assembly
· Program assembly
$150 flat fee (first 5 hours /min.) + $15 additional hourly rate
(Note: Event rentals are charged separately, per item)
Additional Information
We understand that each event is unique; therefore, we are flexible on the terms of our packages. All of our packages are fully customizable to your needs and wishes. Exact pricing will be determined by the size and scope of your event, coordination services, time requirements, the lead time prior to the event, and travel. The pricing listed below is for event planning, not event pricing.
Our pricing structure primarily consists of a flat fee where we review the requirements with you and present the price. For subcontract work, it is customary to bill you 5-10% over the cost of these services. Examples include flowers, printing and mailing.
